Cookie Policy

What we store in your browser, why, and how to turn it off.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file your browser stores when you visit a website. Cookies let the site remember who you are between page loads and visits. We also use related technologies (local storage, session storage, IndexedDB) for the same purpose — for simplicity this policy refers to all of them as "cookies".

2. What we use cookies for

We use only the cookies we need to run the Service. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell cookie data to third parties.

Strictly necessary

  • omnihub_session — keeps you logged in. HTTP-only, Secure, SameSite=Lax. Expires after 7 days or when you log out.
  • O2S_REGION— remembers whether you're browsing the UK or EU storefront so prices render in the right currency. Expires after 1 year.
  • NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your chosen language. Expires after 1 year.
  • CSRF tokens — short-lived tokens bound to your session that protect you from cross-site request forgery. Expire when the session does.

Functional

  • UI preferences — dark/light theme, sidebar collapsed state, saved filter views. Stored in local storage on your device; never sent back to our servers.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Sentry for performance and error monitoring. Both are configured to collect no personally-identifiable information — IP addresses are truncated, query strings are scrubbed, and user IDs are hashed before transmission.

3. Cookies set by embedded services

When you use features that integrate with external providers, those providers may set their own cookies in your browser:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Set only on pages where you manage billing.
  • Firebase Authentication— sign-in session with Google's identity platform.

We don't control how these providers use their cookies. See their own policies for detail: stripe.com/privacy and firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

4. How to turn cookies off

The strictly necessary cookies above are required for you to log in and use the Service. If you block them, the Service won't function. You can delete them at any time through your browser settings; you'll simply be logged out.

Analytics and functional cookies can be disabled independently through your browser's privacy settings, or by using browser extensions like uBlock Origin. The Service will continue to work normally without them.

5. Changes to this policy

If we add new cookies (for example, when we integrate a new third-party feature), we'll update this page and update the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard.
